Most fitness programs for the 50+ demographic are written by personal trainers who learned a certification over a weekend. Your program is designed by a Clinical Exercise Therapist with a Master's in Physiotherapy who understands:
When shoulder pain during overhead pressing is a rotator cuff impingement vs. just fatigue. When knee soreness after walking is patellofemoral syndrome vs. the start of osteoarthritis. When load needs to increase.. and when it's time to back off and investigate. This is clinical judgment — not an algorithm. It's what keeps you training instead of sitting in a waiting room.
Jonathan is a Clinical Exercise Therapist and ultra-endurance athlete based in Stettler, Alberta. He's finished the Canadian Death Race, The Divide 200, and multiple 100km trail races — but his clinical practice focuses on getting adults 50–90 stronger, more mobile, and more independent. He currently sees patients at Performance Physiotherapy and runs Fuller Health & Longevity for clients who want ongoing clinical guidance without the clinic wait times.

Your program will be built around what you have access to — whether that's a full gym, a set of resistance bands, or just bodyweight. We'll make it work.
Good — that's exactly why you want a clinician, not a generic trainer. Your program will be built around your medical history, not despite it.
Physiotherapy treats injury and dysfunction. This retainer builds strength and resilience to prevent those injuries from happening. Think of it as ongoing clinical performance — not reactive treatment.
Programs are designed for 3–4 sessions per week, 30–60 minutes each. But everything is scalable — we'll find the dose that works for your life.
